What is covered under my warranty? If you question whether a repair is covered by your warranty you can phone the shop for assistance (757-874-0086). Damage, neglect and normal wear and tear are not covered by the manufacturers warranty. Instruments must be inspected to determine coverage.
Can I ship my instrument back to the factory for repairs? Most factories including Martin have sought to provide their customers with faster, much more personalized service by appointing factory authorized service centers such as myself to handle warranty repairs for them. This makes the process of obtaining warranty repair quite simple and more time effective.
Those needing to return their instrument to the factory must first acquire a Return Authorization number and pay all shipping expenses.
